The single mesh calibrator is ideal for calibrating potatoes, onions, table beets, etc.
This calibrator is modular 2 m long and several modules can be put in a row to get as many calibers as necessary. < br>
It works by jumping the mesh, achieving an optimal and careful calibration.
It can be accompanied by the necessary conveyors to collect the different calibers after calibration.
- Valid for potatoes, onions, table beets, garlic, etc. - System for raising and lowering the mesh in its forward movement by means of an eccentric shaft. - Each calibration body gives two calibers: pass-no pass. - Mesh gaps available between 20 and 120 mm. - Robust structure in stainless steel. - Product protective bibs at the entrance of the machine. - Speed regulation with mechanical variators (electronic optional ).
