Waste shredder serie TTP

Our TTP series waste shredders are ideal for reducing the volume of shredding in fruit and vegetable processing lines.
These waste, once shredded, take up much less storage space and reduce the frequency of transport necessary for its disposal.
It is entirely made of stainless steel and has a very low maintenance.
- Robust and resistant stainless steel structure.
- Specially designed to eliminate organic matter from the waste.
- Composed of two shafts of toothed discs against rotating.
- Discs with specific design teeth of 15mm, cemented and rectified.
- High resistance shaft.
- Low maintenance transmission gears.
- Control commands concentrated in a switch cabinet with type IP 55 protection.
- Electric gear motors with direct start and IP 55 type protection.
- CE marking.
- Available options:
* Height adjustable feet.
* Inlet hopper adapted to customer requirements.
Shredding capacity: up to 120 units of maximum diameter 140mm and length 1,000mm
