The LPC series are multifunctional machines specially designed to give an optimal final finish to both leeks and chives. The system performs the washing of the product, the peeling of the leaves from the unusable outer layers and the cutting of the upper area of ??the leaves.
It has pressure showers inside that wash the product, high precision blades cutting tools for blades and finger shafts for peeling off dead leaves and deteriorated outer layers.
All the machines in the series are adjustable both in speed and in cutting length and are suitable for productions up to 12,000 product units per hour.
